Shipping Policy – Obstinate Garden

Section 1 – Shipping Disclaimer

To stay updated on your shipment and delivery status, please monitor the emails we send you, including your spam or junk folder. In some cases, we may reach out via email or other contact methods to request additional information needed to complete your order.

Obstinate Garden is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise meet obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, unless otherwise required by law. All orders are shipped with tracking and mailing insurance and are sent under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss transfers to you once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the customer.

Section 2 – Fulfillment Times

  • Ready-to-Ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Made-to-Order items: Production times are listed at the bottom of each product page. Typically, these range from 2–3 weeks for small items and 4–6 weeks for larger items, not including shipping time.

  • Custom Orders: May take 8–12 weeks, depending on complexity.

Please note that fulfillment times do not include shipping time.

Section 3 – Shipping Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping averages 4–6 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. We ship via USPS.

  • Once your order ships, actual delivery times depend on the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and updated via email once your package is on its way.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Depending on the order’s value or shipping method, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Section 4 – Shipping Refunds

If you are overcharged for shipping, you are entitled to a refund for the difference between the amount charged and the actual shipping cost.

Section 5 – International Shipments

  • International orders follow the same fulfillment timeline as domestic orders.

  • Average delivery time is 7–14 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

  • We ship internationally via USPS, which hands off international shipments to GlobalPost.

  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and updated via email once your order ships, but they are not guaranteed.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A signature may be required for higher-value orders.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Refund Policy – Obstinate Garden

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All items are considered intimate goods and are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the appropriate shipping carrier. Obstinate Garden is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been accepted by the carrier.

Re-size Exchange

We offer a one-time re-size on select wearable items that have not been worn in or around the genitals, anus, or mouth. Examples of eligible items include collars, cuffs, and chest harnesses.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping back to you.

To begin a re-size request, please email us at ObstinateGarden@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ObstinateGarden@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Limited Warranty

We offer the following limited repair warranties:

  • Items valued over $100 are eligible for one-time repair within 1 year of purchase.

  • Items valued over $200 are eligible for a lifetime repair warranty (That’s our artisan’s lifetime... I can’t promise my kids will fix your gear.)

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to repairs.

Before sending any item in for repair:

  • Ensure it is clean and free of bodily fluids.

  • Contact us at ObstinateGarden@gmail.com to discuss the issue and receive return instructions.

Repairs are offered at our discretion. Damage caused by misuse (e.g., intentionally testing product durability with vehicles, fire, etc.) is not covered under warranty.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase — no questions asked.

After 48 hours, your order moves into production and cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your cancellation was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at ObstinateGarden@gmail.com.
